Bonus Abuse

Misusing bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements — is a clear violation of a999a's rules. In such cases the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP & Cashback Programme

a999a's VIP programme has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with weekly cashback benefits provided at each level. Cashback terms apply separately for each level, and a999a reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet or game round cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical error, a999a will make a decision through investigation.

Sports Betting
